OWNERSHIP
Purchase of the course does not grant any ownership rights or other proprietary interest in the course. Purchase of the course grants a non-transferable, revocable license to access the course.
ACCESS
By purchasing the course you agree to keep your registration details, including, but not limited to, your password and log-in details, secure and shall not give them to any other person. If you discover that your registration details have been compromised, then you agree to immediately notify GPI by email. Purchase of the course entitles one (1) participant to view the course with the login credentials unless a specific arrangement has been made with a representative of GPI.
CEUS
GPI will attempt to obtain continuing education credits from appropriate organizations, such as ASHA and AOTA, but does not guarantee that the course qualifies for CEU unless specifically stated in writing.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Requests to cancel registration for the course must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the course. Timely cancellation requests will be honored by a refund of the registration fee minus a $25 administrative fee or a voucher for another course equal to the registration fee for the canceled course, at your discretion.
LIABILITY
GPI is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your participation in the Course. The maximum liability of GPI arising from or relating to participation in the Course is limited to the amount paid to GPI for participation in the Course. Enforcement of the Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and any litigation arising out of the Terms of Use shall be filed in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Pima. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of that Court. You agree to indemnify and hold GPI harmless from any and all losses resulting from any claims based on or relating to your use, or the use of any individual using your password, of the Course. You further indemnify and hold GPI harmless from any and all losses resulting from claims of third parties that result, in whole or in part, from breaches by you, or any individual using your password, of any of the terms of the Terms of Use.
If any term, clause or provision of the Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, such a holding shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision and any term, clause or provision held to be invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed to be severed from the Terms of Use.

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other online education company and use the Site and Materials solely for the purpose of increasing your professional or general knowledge.
